Rules

- Be active on our Homepage (www.the-gaming.de), Server and Teamspeak.
- Be there in time before a Quali/Match, Tell us a few days before if you miss at a matchday.
- Personality and Skill. (If someone hasnt´t got enough skill, but convinced with his character, his chance
to make it through the Trial-Time is still good.

- Aktivität auf Homepage (www.the-gaming.de), Server und Teamspeak
- Zuverlässigkeit (Einhaltung der Matchzeiten, Rechtzeitige Abmeldungen wenn man nicht da ist)
- Persönlichkeit und Skill (Sollte der Skill nicht ausreichend sein, der Bewerber aber durch sein persönliches
Auftreten überzeugen, stehen die Chancen für eine Übernahme trotzdem gut)

- Active and well-organised Team.
- Help with all problems in- and outside of TM.
- Opportunities to advance in the Team (in the ESL Team and also inside the Team)

- Aktives und gut organisiertes Team.
- Hilfe bei allen Problemen in oder außerhalb von TM.
- Aufstiegschancen (Sowohl im ESL Team, als auch Clanintern)
- Freundliches und lustiges Umfeld in TM und TS.

- The Trial Time in THE normally takes 2-4 weeks. It can also be shorter and longer, depending on the players behaviour and actions
during the Trial-Time.
- Trial Tag: $i$999the$000.$fffName$000'

- Die Trial Zeit bei THE dauert in der Regel 2-4 Wochen. Das kann natürlich auch mal mehr oder weniger sein.
Das liegt am Auftreten des Trials während der Zeit.

- THE has it´s own Whats-App Group. If u want to join, just send your numer to CicimaN.
You will also get a list of the Members, so that you know who is who.
The Main Language in the Group is German, so be sure if u really want to join.
